SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:

The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;
Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

Processing time:
The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment. We usually require 2-7 business days to process an order. After receiving your payment, we will do some quality tests on our products, package them, and then ship them to your address.

Shipping time:
The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

Postal Shipping (10-20 Business days). US $15+

Express Shipping(7-10) Business Days. US $23+

We offer free postal shipping for all the orders over $109.


Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;
Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen;
Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond Rochics's control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.
Note: The shipping times mentioned above refer to the estimated times of business days that the shipment will take after an order has been shipped. Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays. These estimates are based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery times. We are not responsible for the failures or delays in delivery resulting from any force majeure event, such as natural disaster, bad weather, war, and any other event beyond our direct control, such as public holidays and customs issues.

What countries do you ship to?
-As long as the local logistics are operating normally, our goods can be shipped to the world


I live in one country but want to ship to a different country. Is this possible?
-Sure! Just make sure the shipping address selected is where you want the products to be delivered.


What do I do if my package was damaged?
-Immediately contact our Customer Service service@rochics.com. We will work with you to get your damaged products replaced with a new pair as soon as possible.


How can I track my order?
-You can track your order in different parts of our website according to its current status.


Processing: you can check its status in the “My Orders” section of your Rochics account.
Shipped: once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with the tracking code and a link where to track it (www.17track.net).

Why did I not receive a tracking code?
-You will not receive a tracking code if your order has been shipped with Royal Mail or other shipping companies that do not provide a tracking code. However, you can contact us at service@rochics.com to send you the estimated delivery date based on the shipping data.


If you do not receive your parcel within this period of time, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Why does my tracking show "Not Found"? Why do I see no updates in the tracking information of my order?
If your order is shipped with Air Mail Register, its tracking information should be updated 3-7 days after its shipment. If the shipping method you selected is DHL or other express services, you should be able to track your order 2-3 days after its shipment. Please rest assured that a delayed update on the tracking of your order does not usually affect its delivery.
I can see that the status of my order shows "Delivered", but I have not received my parcel. What can I do?
Below are some steps and suggestions on how you can solve this issue:


Check if the shipping address of your order is correct.
Ask your neighbors, relatives or friends if they have received the parcel on your behalf.
